I am a Greg Neary and a highly experienced and success-driven Consultant with a strong passion to help companies build their business whether in the Hospitality or Electrical Wholesale Industry. I bring numerous years of experience as a small business owner in the hospitality sector co-developing 5 brands that we franchised and then sold and a Senior Executive in the Electrical Wholesale sector. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills, independence of mind and high standards of integrity and ethics, particularly in driving the sales development of initiatives and facilitating the delivery of goals and objectives.

Through years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders at every level, I have enriched my natural interpersonal and leadership skills, further enabling me to empower, reinvigorate and inspire stakeholders to meet targets and achieve high-performance objectives. As a tenacious, highly visible and determined leader with strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, I strive to meet goals and objectives and coach for optimum performance, ensuring compliance with all required regulatory requirements whilst delivering efficiency in product sales and industry best practices. Moreover, I exercise sound independent judgment and demonstrate initiative and workmanship; working effectively in dynamic and challenging situations to meet deliverables and coordinate stakeholders and complex tasks concurrently.
